Money for visits you did not get comes back. Money for visits you did get does not, and neither does the campaign fee.
02Deposits
Once a deposit is credited to your balance we cannot send it back to where it came from. Crypto payments cannot be recalled and we do not hold a card to refund.
If we credited a deposit by mistake, for example a duplicate, or an amount larger than what actually arrived, tell us and we will correct it.
03The campaign fee
Not refundable, ever. We charge it once, at approval, and it pays for the review the campaign has already had by that point.
We do not charge it if a campaign is rejected, because the approval never happened.
04Money for visits not yet delivered
This comes back to your balance in all of these cases.
- You ask us to stop the campaign
- An admin stops the campaign for a reason that is not cheating
- Your snippet goes missing and you never put it back
The refund is the number of visits you did not get, times the price you were charged for each one. It goes to your DogeTask balance, not to your wallet.
05Visits that were delivered
Not refundable. A delivered visit was paid to a worker the moment it happened. That money has already left our side as well as yours.
If you think a particular visit was fake, tell us the campaign and roughly when. We can see the worker, their network, their device and how long each page was open. If it does not hold up, we deal with the worker.
We do not refund on suspicion alone, because the worker was already paid on the strength of that same evidence.
06Suspended campaigns
No refund. We suspend a campaign after a breach of the business terms, and a breach that costs nothing is not a deterrent.
07Your balance
Your DogeTask balance is credit to spend here. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or crypto. It does not expire while your account is open and in good standing.
